Nigel Bolt, FCA

Nigel qualified with the Guildford office of a 13-partner independent practice.   As local managing partner, he led the merger of that office into Smith & Williamson in 1990, eventually leaving to join Bessler Hendrie in 2007.

Nigel’s expertise is in the SME sector, providing audit and wider business advisory services to a diverse range of clients in the service industries.   Many of his clients are niche businesses and advisory services have included valuation work, strategic planning, fund raising and disposal.   Nigel has a long-standing expertise in advising professional service partnerships and with the oil & gas industry.

Outside office hours, Nigel runs and cycles to keep fit, enjoys summer time as a garden labourer, and in winter skis with more enthusiasm than style.
