Bessler Hendrie – Revealing Financial Clarity
After some reflection, thinking about who we are and how we work with our clients, we decided last year to embark on a project to update our website.
We had known for some time that our website did not represent the real BH, and that anyone who did not already know us, would not learn what it means to be a BH client, or team member, by visiting our website.
What started with the idea of a new website, quickly grew, with us realising that we first needed to look to the foundations of our business, the values we collectively hold and the way we talk about ourselves.
With the help of Harry Pocknell of Salad Creative, we undertook what Harry called a “deep dive” into who we are to our clients and what sets us apart from our contemporaries. These findings formed the foundations of our rebrand, working with Silverback Studios on both our brand identity and new website.
Working through this process has helped us to really understand and articulate what makes BH different. Whether it is combining our big firm heritage and technical experience with our small firm partner-first approach, or the combination of our strategic thinking and adventurous problem solving, these things are just “The BH Way”.
Whilst we have a new look, we will continue to do what we have always done, which is to bring foresight to the foreground, pairing industry best practice with tailored, strategic solutions. Working hard to understand our clients, we look beyond the numbers to the bigger picture, to help our clients achieve their goals.
Despite words like branding, logos and websites all falling under a marketing banner, we do not intend to start actively marketing our services. Our clients continue to come to us via personal referrals or recommendations from local professionals with whom we work closely, and we want this to continue. We believe in providing an exceptional service to a select group of clients, and our clients appreciate this approach – take a look at some of their testimonials.
