In the years since Bessler Hendrie was founded, we have built an excellent client base. We do not have a household name, so continue to develop the practice on the strength of what we do, and how we do it.
Our marketing policy has centred on earning referrals from our clients and our professional friends. Some of our new clients felt that they had outgrown small practices. An equal number of new clients have come to us from Top 10 firms, where we are told that costs and service levels, have often reached unacceptable levels.
Many of our clients have businesses that are unique, a situation that fits well with our enthusiasm for investing time to build a close and effective working relationship.
