Staff Case Study – Matt

Bessler Hendrie nurture and reward ambition and achievement, in fact three of our Partners completed their training and qualified with the firm before going on to be made Partners.

Matt joined Bessler Hendrie in 2007 as college leaver and within 8 years, was made Partner at the age of 25.

This progression was highlighted within articles in the ICAEW’s student Vital Magazine “Ambition Issue” in 2015, where he was described as a ‘Trailblazer’ as one of the youngest accountancy Partners in the country at the time. Excerpts from this article can be seen here.

Matt now enjoys taking an active interest in the internal workings of client’s businesses, often relied upon for advice when making strategic decisions to ensure that they are in the best interests of their businesses and their intrinsically linked personal ambitions.

Recently in 2021, Matt was integral in the successful transfer of ownership to the employees of London Camera Exchange after 65 years operating as a family business. More details on which can be read here.
